Some days moving is easy.Some days my body feels in tune and connected to all around it.Some days getting out of bed is so difficult and seems like a chore.Some mornings I stumble around for a couple of hours until the pain and stiffness in my lower back finally subside and I can feel normal.Some days I don’t know if I can even do that.I never know what the day will bring.I never know what challenges or joys will happen in a moment.I just keep trying to move.What gives me the ability to take it in stride?
