I haven't worked out in a few days. This is why both kids are not feeling good. They both are going through a developmental leap and growth spurt, meaning neither wants to be very far from me. This means a lot of holding and carrying. My back pain has not been very tolerable. Normally, days like these where I am regularly picking up and putting down 22-40lbs would be terrible migraine and not feel able to stand. I would have a migraine. Tonight, I don't! Just a small headache and my "normal" back and shoulder pain. This is why I work out, so that I have the strength in my muscles to lift and carry my children without hurting. To have a strong core that supports my body on a daily basis so my spine unwinds and hopefully, so does my nerve pain. Now, I need to keep up my workouts, even on these types of days. That is how it becomes even easier. Mentally, I am able to get through these crazy days thanks to my morning routine that helps me take care of me first, so I have the energy to take care of everyone else. I am going to be teaching how to create your own morning routine. I have great lesson plan for the week and we are going to keep each other accountable. Comment if you're in for this free challenge!
