i believe there is a strong relation between spending time in nature and someone’s mental and physical balance or health.🍁being outside in nature helps clearing our mind and makes us feel more grounded and peaceful. it also helps releasing anxiety and stress,which, i feel, becomes more and more important in today’s world, where we are constantly surrounded by stress, hectic and packed schedules..🌍 people find themselves having burnouts, being stressed out and unhappy. but what if i told you, that spending more time in nature can have a profound impact on our happiness? i don’t think it’s just nature itself, but the combination of this and spending time with yourself. because, honestly, how many people really do make time for themselves anymore? making time to unplug - disconnect from all this stress, listening to our body and mind, realising what we really need and what no longer serves us. being alone with our thoughts and feeling every now and then has a pretty huge impact on our lives. and this is something i would advise every soul on this planet - go out there and spend some time with YOURSELF ★ N A T U R E ★ I S ★ A W E S O M E ★.
