Whole 30 Round 2 ✔️ I can’t even begin to describe how good it feels (and how difficult it is) to cut all added sugar, grains/gluten, dairy, and alcohol from my diet for 30 Days.•Now, I know how boring it is to hear about other people’s diets 😅😅 But I just need to share how much #Whole30 helped with my gut health, digestive system, cravings, and overall energy. My go-to breakfast recipe! I’m not lying, I eat this every single morning. Can’t go wrong with a simple scramble. #whole30#whole30breakfast. How to: ~I start by sautéing any vegetables I feel like eating that week. Some common options are tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Sauté in avocado oil until light brown ~add some greens!! My favorite thing to add is spinach~throw two eggs in there and cook until fully scrambled ~top with compliant salsa, avocado, and always Traders Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning ~enjoy :)
This entrée salad is a real team effort. Up front and center are @nocrumbsleft marinated onions. Used this for the dressing too- and omg.
