How often do you plank ? Did u know thatthe  plank  is one of the best exercises for core conditioning but it also works your glutes and hamstrings, supports proper posture, and improves balance. DAY 12: The same exercises as day 5, we have just increased the number of reps and work time for exercise 3. 1. Jump squats x152. Tricep dips x153. High knees x40 seconds 4. Knee tucks x15No rest between each exercise, 75 seconds rest between each set x3 sets!Before starting, warm up with a light jog on the spot for 60 seconds, shaking out your arms. Enjoy! 💃
