3 ways to boost 🚀 your energy throughout the day 🔥..Starting your day off with more protein 🍳. Getting the right amount at breakfast has been shown (not only for my own trial and error) in recent studies to help control your energy balance and performance throughout the day 💪🏻..Having a nice stable blood glucose level throughout the day is key to prevent those energy crashes come 3pm that most of us face 🤦🏼♂️..Getting enough omega 3 from great sources like flax seed oil and crushed flax seeds can make a great improvement to how you feel! I also personally know when I've missed my flax I feel tired and lethargic 😩..☕️ Coffee also helps the above (stabilise blood glucose levels when consumes after some of your more heavier meals..I try to focus on all 3 each day, once again hope this helps and tag someone who might be lacking in energy ⤵️✌🏻.- B
I cant believe this prep is almost over!! In 4 more days i will step on stage again to show all of my hard work and sacrifices. The end of prep can be challenging but when you get all dolled up and step on stage, the sacrifices you made on that journey all seem worth it!
