Happy Monday everyone! Monday is my only weekday off so I feel like I’m always motivated to make lunches and post them. Every other day I need to force myself to take a picture and post lately. Let’s see how the rest of the week goes! Today she had a brown rice, black bean and cheese burrito 🌯, kiwi berries, pomegranate seeds, freeze dried mangos and blueberries, a ghost sugar cookie 👻 and honey pretzels. She has fitness club today so the pretzels are to munch on before or after the club and I plan to make a protein smoothie for her when we get home. Rice, beans and kiwi berries are organic.
