I've been reading Fitness Junkie for a couple days and it got me thinking. In the book the main character is trying to loose weight quickly to try and keep her job. She's willing to try these crazy things to get the quick fix. .It's a fictional story but I see people in the real world trying crazy stuff much like the characters. Pills, wraps, waist trainers, no carb, high fat, caveman, cutting calories, etc. The thing is, things that come quick and easy go away just as quick and easy. It takes hard work and consistency to make things stick. It's the day to day journey that gives you the results. .Do something for yourself everyday that makes you proud and happy.
