Looking at the video, I could of gone a little lower with my elbow to engage the pectorals a little more, but its all to do with development. People may look at you when recording yourself at the gym, but if you don't know how your form is, then how will you know to improve or if you have it on point? Push day with a steady state row of 1000m under 5 mins. If the weather holds up tomorrow morning, think I may head outside for a run... 🤔Changing up your routine is a must to prevent a plateau, which I can put my ✋ up and say I did find that these last few weeks. So that's why I have incorporated more HIIT training into my routines. Find your niche and keep to it for a good 4-6 weeks, as your muscles may need a change in workout reps/sets/weights.
