Sometimes even trainers need a bit of structure and discipline! Despite training hundreds of clients and developing training programmes for many many years, it’s easy for me to wonder into the gym and just ‘throw something together’! Despite being very body aware and knowing exactly what weight to pick up (even after a break), I have a tendency if I’m not careful to just ‘wing it’ and call on various gems from my exercise locker to give myself a workout!If all I am trying to do is get my heart rate elevated and fatigue myself this sort of session always ticks the box, but in order to see developments in more specific components of fitness and witness significant gains across my training, a bit of planning and training smart goes a long way! How are you planning your training? How do you gauge your progression? How do you plan your next phase of training? Método de musculación en Prefatiga Múltiple (Cambio Múltiple a 7 repeticiones) En éste caso el ejercicio secundario en la prefatiga es el Jalón de Polea, porque se asume que no es tan extenuante como las dominadas. El método dicta que se suspende la secuencia cuando no se completa la cifra pactada en cualquiera de los dos ejercicios (En éste caso 7 repeticiones), osea cuando se falla antes de dicho número. El objetivo principal es generar congestión en el músculo, lo cuál trae consigo un gran déficit energético, que es uno de los principios citados para favorecer la hipertrofia muscular.... Here I am not squatting much as I laid off the weights for a few months to focus on my boxing fight. The thing is that I don't actually mind because I know that hard work and consistency will increase the weights and increase the gains. Not to mention technique over load first. You never know what anyone is chasing and going through and this is where the saying fits perfectly "don't judge a book by its cover". .....
