Smashed out the #brokenwood wine function tonight at @thecooksgarden. Head Chef Jamie and I produced a menu of 4 items to match the wines supplied. This was our Entree - Kingfish tiradito, salted cucumber, tarragon hollandaise, jamon crisps, herb oil and lemon sorel. My favourite of the night by far!
