So tomorrow is our 1st Refeed Day... “yeah ok so what does that mean dude?” Lemme explain!🥐🍞🥨🥞🍔🍚🍫🍪🍩Since we’ve been eating squeaky clean the last 35 days, and have been eating at a caloric deficit, tomorrow is a day when we refeed our bodies all those “dirty” carbs and sugars. It’s not a cheat day, more like a eat from THESE approved items, at specific times and amounts for kick ass results!🏋🏻♀️🍑💪🏼.So I made chickpea chocolate brownies ❤️ Be still my sweets loving heart!!
