Today was a mess! I barely slept last night, I am PMSing HARD, and I have a few places where I feel like I am close to injuring ( right shoulder and right quad). All that being said, I realize these are all excuses and I am not letting any excuses get in my way of success! I screamed and cried in frustration, I held my boobs like a baby in distress and I pushed through. I am proud I pushed play but it can still be discouraging to know you could have given it more if life wasn't smacking you down. Ahhhh you guys working out ! How can you live with out it ? It doesn’t cross my mind how much we take it for granted! Not that your results at fully there. now to gain muscle is a must of course if your trying to sculpt your self followed by nutrition!...As you can see I went back 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ and yes I don’t think I was fully recovered but honestly it has been character building for me. Working out keeps me on my toes, it gives me me time , and it helps me feel better about anything 💪🏼 . Set backs will always happen keep in mind putting my big girl pants on and working with what I can for now ! By the way @taylormadebands are the best 🙌🏼 ™@naru_vision

If you destroyed legs today.. as you should any leg day, make sure to smash quality protein to help rebuild all the muscle tore up during the workout. There is a window after every work out the body will open to take in as much protein as possible. I prefer taking in anywhere between 50 grams to 75 grams of @integritydriven Whey Protein before a nice heavy meal to feed my body after my workout. The bigger the muscle group worked, the more you need to feed... LEG DAY = Happy belly 💪🏻😎
