Thaali for our Sunday brunch. Because somehow, leftovers taste so much better. I woke up to beautiful bright blue skies, and immediately made myself a hot cup of coffee. Waffles was lying by my foot as I sat down. It was a surprisingly calm morning. Slowly, I hear footsteps one by one. They all seem to be more adventurous this morning. Luckily, they have plans of their own. I stare inside the fridge, and food stares back at me. I tend to enjoy food the next day. As much as I enjoy cooking for parties, I don’t enjoy eating as much on that day. So, my #brunch this Sunday is a meal that was enjoyed by friends yesterday.
