My 5 Minute Better Than a Coffee Break Break..I've been hittin' it all morning. Really in a flow. An exciting creative meet up (will share soon!), brainstorming phone sesh with Whole Life team mate w/ actual action steps noted, and confirming details on a retreat I am honored to jump in on- offering essential oils, Reiki, and massage treatments!. Psst...Did you know body work for women was my first legit biz and offering? Then it was on to 2 hours of writing for new guides. So stoked out and in the flow. Like a gentle tap on my shoulder... I remembered. Me. ME! How was my spine feeling sitting on the floor this last hour? Was I thirsty? No. Idea. Time for the ole trusty Legs Up the Wall..I'm All or Nothing, go big or go home, one sip is Never Enough, no need to eat or shower till it gets done kind of girl. I also know what deep exhaustion is. Сочные фрукты на завтрак — лучшее, что я могу себе представить! ✨ Люблю их больше соков и смузи, потому что от них быстрее и сильнее накрывает (лично меня) волна фруктозы ввиду отсутствия достаточного количества клетчатки. Можно конечно запивать водой, но суть остаётся прежней: уровень глюкозы повышается быстро и весьма заметно! Даже в смузи клетчатка имеет уже несколько другую форму, не зря это так же все-таки именуется processed food! Для некоторых людей это не лучший вариант (у кого проблемы с инсулином или, например, лишним весом, что так же следует от инсулина). Но я совершенно не поддерживаю тотальный отказ от фруктов в пользу белков при подобных ситуациях! Скорее, считаю, что нужно подбирать собственные пути, отслеживая как определенные продукты влияют на состояние — все очень индивидуально. Для себя я точно знаю, что начало дня с фруктов для меня будет безусловно лучше нежели сок/смузи/сендвич или какой-то белковый завтрак типа тофу или творога. Но совершенно не отрицаю того, что другим может больше всего подходить что-то из вышеперечисленного ) мне просто очень нравятся фрукты, как я себя после них чувствую ✨🍈✨ #goraw #rawforlife #сыроедение #фрукторианство
