Tuna Patties for Meatless MondayI should probably put this on the blog,but much easier to share here (also,no time to sit down and work on the blog these days). How to:1.Mix: 2 185g canned tuna (drain the water), about 6 pcs white bread,torn to small pieces, some parsley,salt,pepper, 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice,1 finely chopped med. white onion or spring onions or chives, grated cheese, 2 eggs. Mix Well!2.Shape into patties and refrigerate about 30 mins (to help hold the shape). You can skip this step if you're hungry already. 3.Fry into hot oil(add a bit of butter) till brown on both sides. **Next time I will add some grated carrots or mashed peas to make it "healthier".
