朝からウチのわんこのおしっこ臭がしてました。どこにあるんだろうなぁ?と思いつつ、朝練(Mysore)に行きました。練習中タオルで顔を拭いたらものすごい悪臭が・・・ おしっこ、ここにありました( ̄▽ ̄;) やられた・・・。どーりでどこに行っても臭うハズだぁ。犯人はどっち?#ミニチュアダックス#カニンヘンダックス #犯人は#アシュタンガヨガ はやはりタオルより#手ぬぐい かなー。#mysore そしてまた#腰痛めた っぽいです。

Feeling inspired after a weekend of just amazing workshops! @yogamattgluck thank you again for a wonderful workshop on Saturday.On Sunday I travelled in to London for another workshop with this pretty special guy @swenson_d_ashtanga @triyogauk thank you for an inspiring afternoon where we broke down back bends and inversions. I can’t wait to share this knowledge when I take over the Inversions workshop on December 2nd, come and join me. We will be building strength and stability whilst also working in to shoulder flexibility, then playing around/seriously deconstructing headstands and forearm stands.
