lol you ever not go to the gym for like a week and lose all visibility of your muscles? same 🙃🙃 life’s busyyy right now lots of fun things going on! 💃🏼 a top priority of mine needs to be getting into the gym 5 days a week, even if it’s for 30 minutes. I feel gooood when I am able to do this and my muscles will thank me 💁🏼‍♀️

.CHALLENGE YOURSELF | Keeping the gym FUN 🙌🏻..People always say they do the same thing every day in the gym and then they get bored. Training should not be boring! One of the best ways to keep it interesting is to keep setting marks for yourself to hit. Last week, I failed rack pulling 245 after 1 very dirty rep 😅 This week, I challenged myself to get 4... just 4, and ended up with 6! Making these little steps forward gives such an adrenaline and endorphin rush (hence the ending 💃 )..Got 5 push ups last week? Do 8 this week. Could do a pull up last week? Build on the assisted machine and try one in a couple weeks. Keep it exciting, keep yourself progressing, and I promise you will never get bored. ..STAY TUNED FOR THE HAPPY DANCE AT THE END 😂I will be posting this full lift on YouTube tonight. As you can see it is too easy for me to go either way. The right I had no idea of what proper nutrition and exercise was. My diet consisted of processed foods and soda. The left, I still had no idea of what proper nutrition and exercise was. My diet consisted of great foods... just not enough of them. Both of these times in my life were there to teach me a lesson. The first was to be unapologetically you; the second nourish yourself. Now my goal is to always be focused on being healthy both physically and mentally.
