T+T Tip Tuesday is here again!Did you know popcorn is a whole grain?!Run whole kernels through an air popper or place a single layer in a large soup pot with a small amount of heated coconut oil and cover with a lid. Listen for the kernels to pop, pop pop! Season with shredded parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast or olive oil spray and smoked paprika. _Make a large batch in advance for an easy on-the-go snack or fun addition to brown bag lunch. Pues esta opción la tomé de una amiga y la verdad me encantó!! .Somos seres humanos y a veces necesitamos consentir nuestro paladar, y podemos hacerlo con opciones saludables que no afecten mucho tus metas. Por eso, es importante tener estrategias que sean adecuadas dentro de un plan de alimentación #saludable de pérdida o mantenimiento de peso. OJO: depende de tus metas!! Si deseas aumento de masa muscular, no es la merienda indicada! Es más para mantenimiento de peso o pérdida. .🍏Toma 1 manzana verde pequeña, córtala en trozos, colócale canela y stevia y un chorrito de agua por encima de los trocitos.🍏Colócala en el microondas por 1:30-2 minutos de acuerdo a la consistencia que desees.🍦Puedes colocarle 1/4 de taza de helado sin azúcar (mejor es NO hacerlo, pero quería mostrarles que de vez en cuando no causa problema)..Esta merienda/ snack aporta aprox 115kcal (manzana ➕helado) o 60kcal (manzana con canela y stevia) .Enjoy!! Get your omegas while they're hot! Great idea for supper tonight 🤗...Grilled Salmon with Yogurt Sauce..- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped- 1/4 tsp organic raw honey- Pinch of Himalayan salt- 2 tsp fresh mint leaves- Freshly ground black pepper- 4 salmon filletsPlace a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Add the yogurt to the strainer and drain. Transfer the strained yogurt into a mixing bowl. In a food processor, combine the roughly chopped cucumber, honey, salt and mint until chunky but not completely liquefied. Fold the cucumber mixture into the strained yogurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Preheat the grill to medium. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until it is just cooked through.
