Had to do 3 workouts today to complete my 106th week of BBG. I did a PWR, then swam for LISS and did a recovery session. I love these kinds of holidays that are so active. I kayak, swim, and walk every day. I’m at Mallacoota, a remote and beautiful part of Australia, and we are staying on a houseboat. We move it around to different beaches on the salt water lake system as we please. The water is a delightful 21 degrees and we are here for a week 😍😍 how lucky am I?!? How’s everyone’s week gone?
