Even on days I’m not working, I seem to have so much to do! Busy day of working on my online class, going through my room, and trying to organize my life! But the productivity is running high and feeling so good about getting stuff done! One thing we should always remind ourselves of is that productivity creates productivity, and laziness creates more laziness. So to fuel me 👉🏻lunch today is protein packed red lentil pasta, spinach, red peppers and no sugar added red sauce topped with grated parmesan cheese

LEGSDAY effectué tranquillement.🤚💪 On a fait ça proprement et les sensations étaient au rdv.Sur la photo je terminais mes quadriceps par un mouvement qui n'est pas connu par tout le monde et qui pourtant, est très efficace !C est une finition qui mobilise et sollicite UNIQUEMENT les quadriceps, aucun autre muscle ne vient "aider" (si ce n'est bien sûr la ceinture abdominale). Du coup, ça peut brûler un petit peu 🔥 mais on aime ça !!! Happy Wednesday Loves! 💕✨ We are 1/2 way through the work week and boy am I feeling it 😴 This week has been a little bit of a struggle for me. I have been finding it very hard to wake up early in the mornings and head to the gym to get my workout done. I was beating myself up a little bit over it the other morning but I was SO tired and not feeling like myself. . Sure enough, reason being that I’ve been more tired and dragging then usual, I’ve come down with a sinus infection 😫 I woke up feeling awful and such a bloated little potato, with my head feeling 5x it’s size! But you know what, that’s OKAY! Today and the rest of this week is all about listening to my body and taking care of it. This flu going around has been AWFUL! & I am very prone to getting terrible respiratory infections that develop into pneumonia, so you better believe the smallest bit of a cold that starts, I am doing everything I can to rest, get the proper nutrients & vitamins my body needs!
