As I posted on my instagram story last night: I logged back into my My Fitness Pal account after not being on there and tracking macros for a year and a month! Turns out my weight back then ( Dec 2016 ) was 138 lbs and my goal weight was 130. WELP currently I am at what my goal weight was: 1️⃣3️⃣0️⃣ lbs!!!!! It is crazy to think that I stopped tracking macros and using that app and was able to lose the weight I wanted without consciously tracking and being strict about EVERY SINGLE THING I ATE. 😌I remembered that I had some old photos of myself on my laptop, so I did some digging this morning and found these 2.5 year oldies!! Here is a comparison shot of me when I was at 140 lbs during the summer months of 2015 (July and August) and what 10 lbs off looks like now that I am at 130 ‼️ Weight always collects around my thighs and mid-section and so those are the most prominent areas that have changed that I can see! Not sure what’s going on with the lights 🤷🏻‍♀️😬..Tempo deadlifts with a super slow descent - these were 🔥 and for some reason my hands were super sweaty and I kept loosing my grip 🙄.Rest of the workout consisted of kettlebell work - front loaded lunges, rows, shoulder presses.
