This is my second day having spaghetti squash and let me tell you it’s a great substitute for pasta! Obviously not the same texture but it tastes great. .... 👉🏼Directions: Preheat oven to 400F. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds with a spoon. Spray both halves with olive oil and season with s+p. Place each half face down onto parchment paper and bake for about 40 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool for a few minutes. Using a fork, scrape out squash and it’ll come out like spaghetti. Try to scrape out as much as you can (yes, it’s a lot!) ..I paired mine with @raoshomemade basil marinara sauce (best tasting sauce ever), mozzarella chunks, and basil. You can eat it with pesto, butter, or even plain and add chicken/ ground beef or whatever you’re feeling!
