I remember specifically not wanting to take the picture on the right. I hated taking pictures so much because I was so unhappy with the way I look and felt. I had absolutely no control over the way I ate and I was semi active. I’ve always enjoyed partaking in fitness and sports. I was the one kid that was always excited for PE class and the fastest fat kid you would’ve ever seen run really fast😂. One day I just decided that enough was enough and I wanted it so BAD. I started off with home workout dvds with my best friend at the time and we went HARD. We started waking up early in the mornings to go for walks around the neighborhood. When we couldn’t get up early enough we would tackle the afternoons. Walks turned into jogging, jogging turned into gym memberships. Somehow we still managed to implement everything and created a lifestyle. We encouraged people in the community to do the same. You guys see where I’m at now?! This took years and years of getting it right, dedication, discipline and dedication. Where to start ? Start somewhere! Anywhere ! Just start. Research and learn!
