Today’s workout brought to you via a whole lot of swearing 🤬 but the best part of today was that I did it and I felt stronger then I ever have! I’m still trying to recover from my shift of no sleep so I feel extra tired but still it’s 30 minutes y’all if I can’t feel nd 30 minutes to do something good for myself I’ve got bigger problems what are you doing today ?

SLOW PROGRESS 🦁🦍-Before last week I would have never flipped backwards on a bar let alone the rings. I’ve always thought my mobility wouldn’t allow me & probably the lack of confidence if I ever fell. So yesterday I decided to give them ago for the second time & managed to almost get it.-Excuse the noises still working on my breathing lol 😩

Breaking down my Monday move and making it a Tabata workout! With Tabatas you perform each move for 20 sec (max effort!) and rest for 10. I intend for you to do 2 rounds of each move shown, so 6 in total. Key movement points- keep shoulders retracted and core engaged throughout. Hamstrings tight? Bend the legs more on the walkouts. Repeat the 6 rounds for a greater challenge! Let me know how it feels!
