I’ve started focusing on my arms a bit more. I really want to be able to do a pull up all on my own. My legs may be strong but my arms are so weak lol the first clip is from my assisted pull-ups with -85lbs... I then went into a little circuit I saw @kymnonstop do on the @underarmourwomen profile. (Except I added the bosu) •5 push-ups•10 plank jacks (I stepped out because it won’t hurt my shoulder so much)•20 squats

Hoy tocó rutina de espalda/bíceps.Bíceps:💪🏻 3xM21 con barra de 30lbs (M21 método de 21 repeticiones divididas en 3 sistemas de 7 repeticiones seguidas de una pausa de 3 seg)💪🏻 3x15 individual con 15lbs💪🏻 4x15 martillo individual con 15lbsEspalda:💥 6x10 pull-ups agarre abierto en máquina asistida💥 4x10 pull-ups agarre cerrado en máquina asistida💥 💥 4x15 jalones de pecho agarre abierto💥 4x15 jalones de pecho agarre cerrado💥 15/12/10/8 remo en máquina aumentando el peso progresivamenteCardio:HIIT (high intensity interval training) en el Stair Master o escalera un total de 20 mins, coloqué nivel máx que es 20 por 60 seg y bajé a nivel 10 para recuperarme por 60 seg, y así sucesivamente por 5 tiempos, no pude más porque apenas me estoy reintegrando del fin de semana que estuve un poco enferma, los últimos 10 mins nivel 14 subiendo de dos en dos los escalones. •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~#motivation #motivacion #backworkout #biceps #cardio #stairmaster #fitmom #mamafit #tuesday #inspiracionfit
