#Sleep Quality sleep does far more than helping your daily energy levels. Lack of sleep plays havoc with our hormone levels and is directly linked to weight gain, increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke, depression, impaired immune function, and of course reduced mental alertness. We’ll help with your schedule to create more time for sleep, show you ways you can develop better sleeping habits and work with you to improve the way you cope with stress, so you can improve the quality of your sleep.
Kind of long, but here's my "why"...The two people in this picture is my reason why. Myself and my daughter. In the beginning, I started for myself. I wanted to lose weight and tone up. As I started my journey, my reason why started to include my daughter. Not only did I want to lose weight but I wanted to be a healthy role model for her. I wanted to be a better me for her. I wanted to be able to keep up with her and be able to run around and do things with her. Being healthy isn't a fab diet and it's not something you just do for a couple weeks and quit. It's a lifestyle change. It takes commitment and dedication and strength. I love fried food, pasta, potatoes, bread, soda, and whatever else just as much as the next person, but it's not healthy. I've had my struggles; I'm not perfect; I have slipped, but I don't give up. I get right back on track. I'm so thankful that I've made this change in my life. Now, instead of me keeping up with my daughter; my daughter has to keep up with me. I have the energy to go out and do things with her. I have the stamina to run around the neighborhood or park with her while we play. I have the strength to carry her for long periods of time when she gets tired. I'm overall stronger now than ever and I only expect to get stronger. Here's to health!#lifestylechange#healthierme#betterme#forme#formydaughter#strength#stamina#energy#dontgiveup#youreworthit
