On Monday’s Matthew gets up at 6am to leave at 6:30 to get back to Milton Keynes for work and I stay in bed😴as I am noootttt getting up at that time🙅🏻‍♀️but this morning I was suddenly wide awake, so I decided to do my workout before work instead of after work😃So glad I did as I feel so good right now🙌🏻💃🏻Done another arms💪🏻and bums🍑workout. 1 litre drunk💦and 200 calorie burn by 7am💪🏻🙌🏻This won’t happen every morning though, I like my sleep too much😂Annyyywayyy! Post workout breakfast was nimble toast with @meridianfoods crunchy peanut butter with banana🍌and a frothy sf mocha coffee☕️Happy Monday people💕

Wasn’t sure I was going to be a fan of this carrot cake porridge (and it looks worryingly like a bowl of vomit! 😂🤢) but OMG it turned out to be simply the most delicious thing I’ve eaten in months.. definitely a new staple breakfast. Recipe below 😋😋 ....Put 30g oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder* and 20g milled flaxseed into a bowl or pan. Add 150ml water and 150ml milk of your choice, and stir well to dissolve any lumps in the protein powder. Grate in a good sized carrot, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and microwave for 4 mins (stirring again after 2) or bring to a simmer and allow to thicken in a pan. Serve with a good dollop of Greek yogurt stirred through, and a dash more milk.*if you prefer not to use protein powder I would add 10g more oats, 10g more flaxseed, add 2 tsp of vanilla extract and use all milk instead of half milk, half water. And skipped the oil completely) 🌱💖 2 Garlic Clovesjuice of half a lemon300g Gluten free pasta2 Avocados halved, seeded and peeled1/3 cup Olive Oilhandful of basil leavespinch of saltblack pepper to taste1 tsp chilli flakesMethodIn a large pot of boiling water cook pasta and drain well.Place the avocado, garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon juice into a blender or food processor and blend until your desired consistency.
