Here’s one of the prettiest pastas 🍝 that we’ve ever seen 😍 (thanks to those gorgeous, naturally vibrant purple 💜 sweet potatoes)  via @thenoshingfox 🍠!!• • •Purple Sweet Potato Gnocchi w/ Creamy Pumpkin Mustard Sauce | ⓥ👇🏻:Gnocchi Pasta Ingredients:- 1 C. @melissasproduce Purple Sweet Potatoes (boiled, drained, mashed) 💜🍠- 1 C. @wheatmontanafarms All-purpose Flour 🌾Sauce Ingredients:- 1 Tbsp @earthbalance Vegan Butter 💛🌱- 1/3 C. @ripplefoods Unsweetened Original Milk 🥛🌱- 1 Tbsp @saucylipsfoods Pumpkin Mustard 🎃- 2 tsp @osagegardens Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped) 🌿1. In a frying pan/skillet, melt butter over medium/high heat.2. Add rosemary + infuse for ~3-5 mins.3. Add pumpkin mustard + whisk together to combine — let cook ~2 mins.4. Add milk + whisk thoroughly to combine — turn heat down to low, whisk occasionally to keep sauce combined.5. Next, combine (by hand 🖐🏻 or by mixer) the flour + sweet potatoes until a dough forms.6. Divide into sections + roll out into 1/2” thick snakes 🐍.7. Using a sharp knife 🔪, cut snakes into 1/2” long pieces.8. Roll a fork onto each gnocchi piece, making an indent/design (if desired).9. Bring a pot of water to boil + add the gnocchi — boil for ~30 seconds (or until floating).10. Remove gnocchi, strain out water.11. Add boiled gnocchi to the sauce + cook ~1-2 mins.•••••

For those who saw my story a few days ago, here's the recipe. Let me know if you have any doubt or recommendation, I will appreciate your feedback fit fam👇👇👇. Ingredients: ◾Celery.◾Green and red bell pepper.◾Onion◾Mushrooms.◾Cucumber◾Zucchini.◾1 tbs of PB.◾1/2 cup of tangerine juice.◾3 tbs of low sodium soy sauce.◾Sea salt and pepper.◾Shrimps.◾1 clove of garlic.◾1 tbs of coconut oil.◾1 tbs of lemon juicePreparation:◾Chop the veggies and cook them in the pan, reserve them. ◾Mix till perfectly smooth; the PB, the tangerine juice and the soy sauce, put the mix on the fire in the same pan you used to cook the veggies. Cook the it until you get a thick texture on the mix, like gravy consistency. ◾Add the veggies to the previous mix. ◾Condiment the shrimps with the shredded garlic, the lemon juice and the coconut oil, then grill them. And that's it, enjoy it! I made this fresh ginger juice over the weekend per @zesty_ginger . I just put the whole ginger pieces in the vitamix without peeling them and then strained it through a fine mesh strainer to get the pulp out. I have been making ginger tea a few times/day with this because I was getting a little bit of a cold this weekend so I thought I would nip it in the bud. ....BUT, did you know that ginger is also super great at regulating menstrual flow? Heavy flow has always been a thing for me. And honestly it is probably a little heavy for the first day or 2 still. Heavy flow with your period suggests an imbalance between the levels of estrogen and progesterone. Usually too much estrogen or too little progesterone. ....Several studies have shown that ginger can have an dramatic effect on menstrual flow. AND it can help decrease the amount of inflammation and therefore pain associated with the first few days of your period. Double thumbs up!! So, cheers to the ginger juice! Although a little goes a long way! So do a shot quick or just put a TBSP or so in your tea.
