Tonight's dinner is wild king salmon from @wholefoods topped with Coconut Secret (Teriyaki Coconut Aminos) and no salt seasoning by @kirklandsig_ splashed with some apple cider vinegar and topped with fresh lemon. I also prepped broccolini with @chosenfoods avocado oil and @bragglivefoods nutritional yeast. Then my roommate made bok choy and mushrooms in @chosenfoods avocado oil 🌞🌔🌕🌓🌖🌚Yesterday I got some blood work back that said I'm extremely low in cortisol, testosterone, estrone, and DHEA levels. If anyone knows any good adaptogens or has any tips on how to naturally boost my energy levels please comment or DM me.
