Z 5,6 na 16,8 (práve som išla cvičiť). Neviem, z čoho to vyletelo, pretože som si pichla k jedlu štandardnú davku inzulínu (2,5J). Každopádne, dopichla sol 1,5J a zatiaľ stále šliapem na bajku - už klesám... Niekedy fakt nechápem, ale myslim ze su to len hormóny z bliziacich sa ženských dní. 🤗😐😁 Out of sudden went from 5,6 mmol to 16,8mmol. Had dinner (bg 5,6mmol) and bolused with standard 2,5U of Novorapid. Prior to workout (2hrs later) checking on bg - 16,8?! wtf? Bolused with 1,5U for correction - and currently doing cardio. 🆘 SOMETHING FOR THE LADIES 🆘.For some of us that 'time of the month' can be plain sailing, for others it brings nothing but pain and misery 😂🚫 Unfortunately 6 months ago mine became the latter, so I've had to adapt quick speed ⚡️ especially with training and diet. I wanted to share some things that I have had to learn for myself over the last 6 months, and as periods still seem to be quite taboo, hopefully it might help at least one person 💝..🚺 Before I go on, it's important to note that during the week leading up to your period, and the week of (or longer if you're as lucky as me 🙃), due to changes in hormones it's NORMAL to feel weak and tired and demotivated. It's so easy to become frustrated but it's OKAY to give yourself a break....Here's a few tips on how to deal with Aunt Flow ♨️ and any other time when you're feeling demotivated:.😌 ACCEPT that you're going to be tired, lack motivation and will ache everywhere as your body's energy is not focussed on muscle recovery. It's okay to take a few days off of training - EMBRACE THE BREAK - or train lighter than usual. I utilise this time for deloads in my training. 👌🏼.👀 Be aware of your cycle and the way it can make you feel. Don't get frustrated with the changes. Don't overindulge in cravings. Poor food choices and negativity will set you back further than taking time off from training will. Be MINDFUL (and thank God for Halo Top ice cream 😉🍦)..👊🏼 Adapt: Learn what foods you crave and get a small supply. If you try to avoid them completely then your craving will worsen and lead to overindulgence. ❌ Keep moving, even if it is a walk or a gentle stretch session - I've used this time to try new things in the gym (e.g. Battles ropes⬆️) and 'get more steps in'. Remember that movement helps with pain relief, and will be a distraction from cravings. 🤸🏼‍♀️.✅ Most importantly, do what is best for YOU. Dia 25 do meu ciclo e a força do meu outono está aterradora esse mês. Essa cara aí da foto é a de uma mulher que não está pra agradar hoje, pelo contrário, já aviso que não é um bom momento de me perguntar alguma coisa da qual você não queira ouvir a verdade. Hoje o papo está direto e sem anestesia..O momento da TPM, apesar do que fomos ensinados a pensar e sentir (e aqui incluo os homens também), é uma fase linda e única do nosso mês, pois aqui nos é proporcionada a descida ao nosso submundo, onde estão nossas sombras, nossos medos, nossas crenças limitantes, aquilo que dói e que não queremos ver 🙈, mas que é o grande combustível do próximo passo a ser dado na nossa vida..Por isso ficamos tão a flor da pele, tão sensíveis e tão irritadas. Porque não é fácil descer e ver o que guardamos nesse lugar. Mas é necessário, e na verdade, é uma puta oportunidade de iniciarmos uma nova mudança, de identificarmos aquilo que não está legal, aquilo que te tira do eixo, aquilo que você mulher considera um saco fazer.
