Dinner last night 🙌I had been craving salmon for a while so we had a nice large slab of salmon cooked with coconut aminos, and my fave salad. 🥗Salmon has gotta be one of my fave dinners 👌🏻I always find I don’t need nearly as much food, and also don’t crave any dessert after, when I eat salmon. It is full with healthy fats (in particular omega-3 fatty acids), and it is also good source of B vitamins and potassium (Among other things). It is recommended that you have fish once a week, something I’m not so good at sticking to atm😂 but I’m getting better 😊. What’s everyone’s fave type of fish?
