Skin / hair care is really simple the way our visiting expert ( amazing naturopath and grand mom of 2 Super active boys) put it ... making our own face wash / scrub / toner / moisturiser and giving ourself calming acupressure massage 💆🏼 is quite empowering I think .... Yoga facial for our face and digestion enhancing postures made us in control and we felt that age is just a number we can manipulate 😜... Food served was designed to nourish the skin... I’ve been incorporating @moonjuiceshop potions in my daily rituals for over a year now. It has helped me get through early onset menopause, fatigue, depression, and self esteem issues.
