Peperoncino🌶😬In Sri Lanka quando ero piccolo se dicevo una parolaccia,mi rincorrevano con un peperoncino fresco e me lo spalmavano sulle labbra 😭😭😭Nonostante tutto,lo amo e lo metto quasi ovunque ...(anche se ci fa male😬)Secondo l'ayurveda questo bel corno rosso,come il pomodoro 🍅non fa bene a nessuna costituzione,a meno che non si applicano delle modifiche nel modo in cui assumerlo.Per un vata deve essere fresco e in macerazione nell'olio di oliva;per un pita può essere o fresco o secco,ma deve essere in macerazione nell'olio di semi di girasole 🌻;per una persona kapa deve essere secco e messo in macerazione nell'olio di semi di sesamo.Questo per quanto riguarda la preparazione di un condimento con peperoncino senza aggravare la vostra costituzione fisica,ma non esagerate mai🆘può aggravare il vostro dosha,nessuno si salva da lui!!!Stay tuned!!!nei prossimi post vi farò vedere altri modi di come usare il 🌶nella cucina con ricette da usare per il vostro vata,pita e kapa.Se sei un amante del peperoncino o conosci un 🌶dipendete😂tagga o condividi questo post👍🏽

Mijn liefde voor India gaat ook door de maag💖 Dit mooie boek kreeg ik als verjaardagscadeau van dochter @esmee.geerts 'Ook een beetje eigenbelang mam'😊 want ook zij is gek van deze keuken. En ze weet hoe graag ik Indiase maaltijden maak. Deze zijn inmiddels binnen ons gezin van het ayurvedische. Met elk onze eigen constitutie weten we allemaal wat goed is voor ons. Welke kruiden en smaken bij de persoonlijke constitutie passen. Want ook wij hebben alle constituties binnen ons gezin. Met voor:- vata: zoet zout en zuur- pitta: zoet bitter en wrang- kapha: pittig wrang en bitter Steeds ook weer afgestemd op seizoen en de daarin pwrsoonlijke behoeften van de constituties.Weet wel onder 'zoet' wordt niet suiker of snoepgoed bedoelt. Maar de voedingsmiddelen met een zoete kwaliteit: zoals melk wortelen en vele anderen. Vandaag kook ik iig Doperwtensoep met dille en munt. Rijst en groentegerechten volgen vandaag vanzelf in mijn planningen en gevoel. Op dinsdag verwerk je ook de kleur rood door het eten. Omdat dat de kleur van de dag is...En wist je dat deze Indiase Ayurvedische keuken als vanzelf detoxt reinigt en energie geeft? Ja dus!! Ayurveda: voesing voor lichaam en geest afgestemd op eenieder persoonlijk. Een juiste voeding is als medicijn voor lichaam geest en ziel. De kennis over voeding binnen ayurveda is zeer diepgaand. Je ziet de westerse keuken en dietisten er steeds meer facetten van gebruiken. Bon!

Nachdem ich schon so viele Bilder zum Thema #frühstück ☕️🥐🍇 gesehen habe, gibt es heute morgen ☀️ mal mein #morgenmad ☺️ ein leckeres #oatmeal 😋 mit Bananen 🍌 , Leinsamen, #zimt und #kardamon 👍🏻vor knapp einem Jahr habe ich meine Ernährungsweise umgestellt und bin total zufrieden 😁 #warmesfrühstück am Morgen nach #ayurveda versorgt uns mit #energie 💪🏻 , ohne dabei schwer im Magen zu liegen. Idealerweise werden alle drei #dosha ausgeglichen 🙏🏻 und das Verdauungsfeuer (#agni 🔥) angeregt und nicht überlastet.
