Our new favourite home made dish. Jamie's Pukka yellow curry. Made with organic chicken drumstick. I eat meat once a week, for healthy bones, joints, muscles, tissues and organs. I was a strict vegetarian for 10 years. My osteopath advised me to eat a little meat sometimes. So today was meat day. And it was a beautiful dish, made with love and respect for the animal. And it is ayurvedic too, even more tasty. We feel very satisfied. The dish is made of the 6 tastes: sweet, salt, sour, astringent, bitter and sharp.
