Adapting Kyushumae approach, Amano san created (or perhaps, perfected from the older Tenzushi) many creative sushis unheard of in other regional sushis and mainstream edomae sushi. This signature sushi with shoyu powder, ginger and sesame is one of them. _The shoyu powder is freeze-dried soy sauce turned into powder, certainly very progressive in those days. Amano san first dabbed the shari with some negi before making the nigiri sushi, then salt and kabosu applied. Hungry? Test out these tasty morsels... Take one packet of @originalbonsoy, tap with paper towels to remove excess moisture and slice into 12 cubes. Dip each cube into 1 whisked egg to cover, then roll in panko breadcrumbs. In a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons @spiralfoods Extra Virgin Unfiltered Coconut Oil and heat till hot. Place each cube into the pan and allow to cook for 1 min each side or until golden.
