This week I am jumping on the Brand It Girl Podcast solo! We are talking about Imposter Syndrome and the 7 steps I took to kick it for good!💋I have suffered with Imposter Syndrome for the best part of the last 10 years. I am not sure why it started but it was out of control while I was studying at uni and in the early years of my business. It took a long time to realise that when I thought I was joking about being a fraud, I was actually beating myself down. Over and over.💋Slowly I discovered these 7 steps and went through them on repeat (and still do!) and while I still sometimes feel like a fraud, it doesn't control me and make me nervous like it used to.
